My stint in the Construction world began with BarkerBlue Digital in San Mateo, CA. I started as an Account Executive working with Owners/Developers, GCs , Architects and other development centric companies.

My role was to work with these companies to provide them with technology that could drastically improve workflow and help to reduce their costs, especially as it related to documents and the sharing of information.

I now work in Commercial Real Estate for one of the largest West Coast REITs with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle. I am a Project Manager for Tenant Improvements in our Northern California portfolio.

I am a member of the Urban Land Institute, a group dedicated to the practices of sustainable and urban development as well as groups like the USGBC, the steward of green building in the US. Additionally, I am a LEED Green Associate, CSI Certified Document Technologist and Licensed California Realtor.

I am a firm believer in urban renewal/redevelopment, green building, and saving old beautiful structures.

I love development, great architecture, great structures and well thought out places.
